BEHAVIOR INTERVENTIONIST - Positions Available Immediately Throughout the East Bay. Current openings in Oakland, Richmond, Antioch, Brentwood, Walnut creek, and surrounding areas.
We are currently seeking interventionists for home-based programs to work with children diagnosed with ASD throughout the East Bay. Come work for a small, close-knit agency that values their employees.
At Analytical Behavioral Consultants (ABC), our mission is to provide the highest quality behavior analytic services, based on the most current research in both Verbal Behavior (VB) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), to learners with Developmental Delays.
Interventionist implement 1:1 behavioral intervention programs to children in their homes and community settings.
RESPONSIBILITIES: the accurate and consistent implementation of company protocols, data collection, and record keeping pertaining to time sheets. Tutors receive clinical supervision from a Lead Manager and Program Director regarding client progress and treatment recommendations.
QUALIFICATIONS: Some experience with Applied Behavior Analysis and working with children with ASD. A minimum of some college credits in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, Education or a related Human Services field (Bachelor's degree in psychology, education or a related field is highly preferred.) Availability between the times of 1:00 to 8:30 pm, Monday through Friday (Ideal candidates will be available roughly 10-30 hours per week, but we will work around any qualified candidate's particular scheduling needs.) Reliable means of transportation (All work is done in children's homes. Travel is essential.) No past criminal history and must pass a background check. Basic computer skills. Be professional, organized, punctual, caring and patient.
